What’s the home printer of choice for my #WorkFromHome setup? It’s the ApeosPrint C325 dw colour laser printer from FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp.
The compact ApeosPrint C325 dw single-function duplex and wireless colour laser printer from FUJIFILM Innovation Corp makes a suitable printer for a #WorkFromHome workspace and at front-facing counter-tops of businesses.
First off, FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp is actually the new name for the former Fuji Xerox after the joint venture company (between FUJIFILM and Xerox) came under FUJIFILM.
As you may know, Fuji Xerox was a global leader in laser printers, especially for enterprises and business users.
My Take
The ApeosPrint C325 dw single-function laser printer is a suitable printer for #WorkFromHome and small businesses.
Its print quality and speed, ink economy, ease of use, as well as compactness, duplex and wireless capability make it a versatile printer for the home and at customer-facing counters.
The ApeosPrint C325 dw single-function printer is the smallest and lightest printer model in their lineup and is targeted towards counter services, clinics and small businesses.
I have been using the printer for the past few months and find it a suitable printer for the #WFH workspace considering its performance, economy, ease-of-use, reliability and compact footprint.
The key requirements I have for a home printer (for work) is print quality and compactness, as well as the ability to print colour, double-sided, and from a wireless network.
Naturally, factors like print speed, ink/toner economy, and maintainability also weigh in.

Fujifilm Business Innovatin Singapore has launched new printers and multifunction devices in its ApeosPro, Apeos C and ApeosPrint Series.
The latest printers and multifunction devices from Fujifilm Business Innovation cater for the entire range of use cases, from over-the-counter printers to high-performance multifunction devices.
The new printers were launched in conjunction with the unveiling of the company’s new office and customer experience centre (CEC) at Mapletree Business City in Singapore.
Featuring a new Apeos logo, the exterior of the new multifunction devices and printers have undergone a design facelift.

Canon is launching the imageCLASS MF515x, under a new series in the imageCLASS multi-function line of printers, as well as the imageCLASS MF416dw.
“Organisations today are constantly looking at their business processes to gain a competitive edge. With its advanced functionality and network connectivity capabilities, our flagship imageCLASS MF515x integrates easily into existing networks thereby providing enhanced operational and cost efficiencies, productivity, and security to meet the needs of the business world,” said Edwin Teoh, Head of Marketing, Singapore Operations, Canon Singapore.
The imageCLASS MF515x comprises is designed to enable greater productivity, with features that include embedded uniFLOW, optional barcode printing, and eMaintenance support.
The imageCLASS MF416dw is equipped to handle large volume print jobs, thereby maximising efficiency for businesses.
Improved productivity and added convenience
Both models support two-sided printing, mobile printing, and flexibility to increase paper input capacity.
Both devices come with auto duplex scanning feature, and is capable of handling a variety of document sizes for fast duplex scanning or copying.
The imageCLASS MF515x also allows a wider scan range of legal-sized documents with its platen glass.
The 3.5-inch Touch Screen LCD Display allows users to navigate through the menu, create shortcuts to access frequent tasks.
The imageCLASS MF416dw prints at 33 ppm, while the imageCLASS MF515x offers a high print speed of 40 ppm.

Brother has launched in Singapore 3 new mono laser printers and 2 new Multi-Function Centres for business. Available in Singapore now. Prices below.

The five new models are targeted at high print volume office environments.
The new family is the first mono laser range by Brother to print at up to 50 pages per minute (ppm).
Brother Singapore launched the new devices at Suntec Singapore. Prices below.
- HL-L5100DN: S$588
- HL-L6200DW: S$788
- HL-L6400DW: S$888
- MFC-L5700DN: S$888
- MFC-L6900DW: S$1,388
This is also the first Brother mono laser series to feature a new heavy duty Automatic Document Feeder with an 80-sheet capacity, a 60% improvement over the previous series.

Maximum input capacity has improved by 150% to a maximum paper input of 2,650 pages, another ‘first’, while the dual CIS supports 100 images per minute (ipm) scanner is another new introduction.
