Epson’s new Workforce Enterprise AM Series expands its business inkjet printer range into the mid-tier with the AM-C4000, C5000 and C6000 A3 Colour Multifunction Printers. Available from today.
The Workforce Enterprise AM Series multifunction inkjet colour printers from Epson offer increased printing speed and finishing options in a compact design.
This new range of business inkjet printers aims to provide an equally efficient and affordable alternative to laser printing by incorporating innovative solutions and compact design into the lineup.
Product Positioning
The current A3 colour printer market is dominated by business printers producing 30-50 pages per minute.
Epson’s existing A3 colour printers consist of the Workforce Pro Replaceable Ink Pack System (RIPS) Printer, which prints at 26 pages per minute, and the Line Inkjet (LIJ) Printer which prints at 60 to 100 pages per minute.
Epson’s first physical event after the pandemic began, at its regional HQ in Singapore.
Introducing the new WorkForce Enterprise AM series allows Epson to address the current gap in the market in the 30-60ppm range, while offering consumers an alternative to laser printing options.

The new Apeos A3 colour and monochrome MFDs from Fujifilm Business Innovation ship with seamless connectivity and scalable features that support diversified work styles for small and medium-sized offices, aiming to increase work efficiency.
Fujifilm Business Innovation Asia Pacific has today announced the launch of its digital A3 colour (Apeos C2060/C2560/C3060) and monochrome (Apeos 2560/3060/3560) multifunction devices.
The newly available ten printers will augment the productivity and work efficiency for Small to Mid-sized Businesses (SMBs) with seamless workflows emphasising strong security, space & cost optimisation, and scalable solutions as their businesses grow over time.

The new ApeosWide 3030/6050 monochrome wide-format multifunction printers from Fujifilm Business Innovation support secure scanning and printing for engineering drawings in the manufacturing, construction and facility management industries.
The ApeosWide 3030/6050 multifunction printers with its existing security print and copy management are equipped with robust network security functions with the latest version of the network security standard – Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3), which provides a stronger encryption for network communications.

Fujifilm Business Innovatin Singapore has launched new printers and multifunction devices in its ApeosPro, Apeos C and ApeosPrint Series.
The latest printers and multifunction devices from Fujifilm Business Innovation cater for the entire range of use cases, from over-the-counter printers to high-performance multifunction devices.
The new printers were launched in conjunction with the unveiling of the company’s new office and customer experience centre (CEC) at Mapletree Business City in Singapore.
Featuring a new Apeos logo, the exterior of the new multifunction devices and printers have undergone a design facelift.

Fujifilm Business Innovation Singapore has unveiled its new office and customer experience centre (CEC) at Mapletree Business City.
FUJIFILM Business Innovation houses over 800 employees in the new premise which comprises both a working office and a customer experience centre.
The CEC and new office at Mappletree Business City were announced in conjunction with the launch of the Fujifilm’s latest range of multifunction devices and printers from the ApeosPro, Apeos C and ApeosPrint Series.
The office will serve as its Asia Pacific and Singapore Headquarters.

Epson is launching two new multifunction A3 business printers with its Replaceable Ink Pack System (RIPS) technology.
The new WorkForce Pro WF-C878R (left) and WF-C879R RIPS printers from Epson offer medium & large enterprises significantly lower energy usage and resource consumption. Photos show full set of printers.
Targeting medium and large enterprise environments, these printers can print high yields of up to 86,000 pages without interruption and with a single set of ink packs.
“The new WorkForce Pro printers offer businesses a lower running cost, lower power consumption and a reduced environmental impact, so they can enjoy improved cost efficiency and productivity,” says Tan May Lin, Director – Sales, Marketing and Customer Service of Epson Sales division, Epson Singapore.
Driven by its PrecisionCore printheads, the business inkjet printers consume a significantly lower amount of energy, reducing energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions by as much as 85 per cent compared to laser printers.
The high-capacity ink packs reduce resource consumption, using significantly less consumables and packaging waste.
It also has fewer periodical parts to replace, further reducing printer maintenance and downtime.

“ESTC returns this year to simplify and make intelligent business solutions more accessible to every business,” said Tan May Lin, Epson Singapore’s General Manager (Sales, Marketing & Customer Service Division), at ESTC 2016.
The global technology leader in printing, visual communications and digital imaging demonstrated integrated solutions that addressed the varied needs that businesses had in their work processes.
ESTC 2016 is the second edition of Epson’s bi-yearly convention to engage corporate partners and customers to raise awareness on its range of business products and solutions.
A large format printer for the marketing department, showcased at ESTC 2016 in the Sands Expo and Convention Centre at the Marina Bay in Singapore.
Epson showcased new business products ranging from office scanners to its new ultra-short throw interactive projector, mobile point of sales systems and wearable technology such as the Moverio BT-300 smart glasses and BT-2000 smart headset at the convention.
The convention was held today at Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre and attended by 153 guests including business partners, end users, media and distributors.

Epson’s showcase offered insights as well as real-life demonstrations on how companies can develop a holistic strategy when investing in technology.

Canon is launching the imageCLASS MF515x, under a new series in the imageCLASS multi-function line of printers, as well as the imageCLASS MF416dw.

The imageCLASS MF515x comprises is designed to enable greater productivity, with features that include embedded uniFLOW, optional barcode printing, and eMaintenance support.

Improved productivity and added convenience
Both models support two-sided printing, mobile printing, and flexibility to increase paper input capacity.

The imageCLASS MF515x also allows a wider scan range of legal-sized documents with its platen glass.
The 3.5-inch Touch Screen LCD Display allows users to navigate through the menu, create shortcuts to access frequent tasks.
