The Nikon COOLPIX A is now available in Singapore in black or silver. RRP: S$1,549. Nikon is giving away a LOWEPRO REZO 50 camera case with every COOLPIX A purchase while stocks last.
Nikon COOLPIX A is available in black or silver at S$1,549 in Singapore from 26 March 2013.
The COOLPIX A is Nikon’s first compact digital camera equipped with a DSLR sensor.

The DX-format CMOS sensor is as large those used in DSLRs.
The COOLPIX A comes with a fixed 18.5mm (equivalent to 28mm in 35mm format), f/2.8 fixed focal focal length NIKKOR lens.
The camera’s adoption of a seven-blade iris diaphragm allows users to enjoy beautiful and natural blur characteristics.
Various types of aberrations are effectively reduced, demonstrating superior rendering performance throughout the entire frame at all aperture settings.
Moreover, the practical wide-angle lens is designed with optics that maximise its performance while making the most of the compact digital camera’s portability, covering a wide variety of shooting scenes.
Nikon COOLPIX A captures 14-bit compressed NEF (RAW) images, comes with a manual focus ring, and is able to record 1,920 × 1,080/30p full-HD movies.
The camera has a metallic look and feel of its design, with an extremely durable magnesium alloy top cover.

The Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One printer is HP’s top all-in-one home printer for lab-quality photos.
Other models in the Photosmart series of AiO printers are the Photosmart 6520 and 5520.
Photo quality
The Photosmart 6520 and 5520 uses only four ink cartridges (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Matt Black).

The Photosmart 7520, however uses an additional ink cartridge – Photo Black – that’s dedicated to printing photos, and which enhances the quality of photo prints.
The print quality on HP’s Photo Paper was superb, with vivid accurate colour and no sign of banding.
What I was particularly impressed with was the print quality on normal paper, be it from a digital file or from a photocopy.
The copy looked identical to the original for both photos and colour illustrations.
Print quality for text documents and powerpoint graphics was also very good, although not as fast and pro-looking as most laser printers.
My Say:
The Photosmart 7520 e-AiO is great for families that print lots of photos, and needs to copy, scan and fax as well. Photo print quality is top-notch, while its wireless connectivity makes it a breeze to share the device between computers, tablets and smartphones in the home office.

The wireless mobile device storage wirelessly streams content for up to eight smartphones or tablets. With 10 hours of battery life, the Seagate Wireless Plus first debuted in Singapore at the IT Show 2013 earlier this month and is currently available at S$299.
Seagate Wireless Plus wireless mobile storage is available in Singapore now with 1TB at S$299.
With 1TB, the portable wireless hard drive can hold up to 500 high-definition movies.
The Seagate Media app has been developed for all major mobile devices, including Android, Kindle Fire HD, Apple iOS and will also work with just about any device that can connect to a Wi-Fi network.
Seagate Wireless Plus mobile device storage is accessed through the mobile Seagate Media app for Apple iOS, Android and Kindle Fire HD devices.
