The PRO TREK PRW-6000 series comes in Black x Orange (PRW-6000Y-1) and Black x Green (PRW-6000-1A) with a carbon fibre band, and will be sold at a Suggested Retail Price of S$629.
It will also be available in Black x Silver (PRW-6000-1) with a resin band at S$549, and a premium titanium band version (PRW-6000-YT), sold at S$999.

Did you know that there is an actual town in Austria which is called “Fucking”? And less than two hours’ drive to the east from Salzburg, you’ll hit the mountain named “Loser” which is also a popular ski resort.

Fucking is a tiny miniscule hamlet about 40km to the north of Salzburg. This Austrian town is about 40 minutes’ drive from Salzburg.
Located close to the border between Germany and Austria, the town comprises a cluster of houses on either side of the road.

It is so tiny that less than 200m after passing the signboard that marks your entry into the town, you see the signboard that marks your exit from the town.
I’ve driven around Europe a fair bit and passed through many one-street towns – but Fucking is one of the tiniest we have driven through.

The new ASUS ZenFone 6 will be available at S$329 from today at ASUS brand stores and ASUS Official Online Store. All three local telcos (M1, SingTel and StarHub) will be offering the phone with data bundles.
The ASUS ZenFone 6 will be in 3 colours – Charcoal Black, Pearl White and Cherry Red.
With the 6-inch HD (1280 x 720) screen, the ZenFone 6 is the big brother of the ZenFone series.
It runs on an Intel Atom Z2580 processor running at 2.0GHz, and ships with Android Jelly Bean 4.3 (upgradeable to Android 4.4 KitKat) with ASUS ZenUI.

The ZenFone 6 is now offered at a special promotion price of S$299 with free flip cover and complimentary 24-hours delivery service on the ASUS Official Online Store.
The ZenFone 6 has a 13-megapixel rear camera with image stabilisation and F/2.0 lens, as well as a 2MP front camera (F/2.8).
Weighing 196g and measuring 166.9 x 84.3 x 5.5~9.9 mm, the phablet is powered by an internal 3300 mAh polymer battery.

Digital Style Suntec City is located at Tower 3 of Suntec City Mall, #01-618/619/620/621/622 at 8 Temasek Boulevard. It is open daily from 10.30am – 9.30pm.
Digital Style Suntec City is the Digital Style store by Newstead Technologies.
First impressions:
I was at the opening of the store and noticed that the store offers quite a comprehensive range of audiovisual equipment from headphones to mini home theatre systems.
Some of the brands, including gaming product makers, are not carried in other multi-brand electronics stores.
The largest Digital Style to date at over 9,044 square feet, Digital Style Suntec City is a multi-brand electronics store that is decked out with the latest trending gadgets and devices.
It is designed for customers to get hands-on with gadgets by allowing them to plug-and-play, mix-and-match products.
Digital Style Suntec City offers Newstead Technologies’ new Store-in-Store concept, in which six consumer electronics brands feature their hottest and latest gadgets in dedicated spaces of approximately 353 square feet each.
The six brands are ASUS, Samsung, Lenovo, Acer, Dell and HP.

The new Lumia 930 smartphone with Windows Phone 8.1 will be available in Singapore stores and all three telcos at S$789 from this Saturday on 12 July.

The Lumia 930 from Microsoft Devices is now available in Singapore at Nokia Stores and Nokia Solution Partners, at an RRP of S$789.
All three local operators will also be retailing the device with bundled data plans.
The Lumia 930 will be available in a range of colors including bright orange, bright green, black and white.
The Lumia 930 integrates the best of Microsoft into the Lumia family of smartphones to deliver better video and imaging experience on a smartphone.

StarHub has launched a consumer-engaging charitable campaign that has never before been seen in Singapore: the pledging of unused talktime, mobile data and SMS for the benefit of the less privileged.

Starting from today, StarHub post-paid customers can pledge their unused talktime, mobile data and SMS for the month of August 2014 to the 4G4Good campaign.
Simply SMS the messae “Opt-in” to 6904.
Representatives from StarHub, ISCOS, SAVH, MINDS, CPAS, SPD and AWWA launching StarHub’s 4G4Good campaigns.
In this unique and innovative campaign, StarHub Mobile post-paid customers will be able to pledge their unused talktime, mobile data and SMS.
“4G4Good is really about customer-driven philanthropy; StarHub is just the enabler. It is our altruistic customers who generously choose to pledge any unused talktime, mobile data and SMS in support of the beneficiaries. StarHub is extremely happy to be the first in Singapore to facilitate this kind of charitable campaign,” said Jeannie Ong, Chief Marketing Officer, StarHub.
StarHub then aims to donate the gift of mobile telecommunications to beneficiaries from AWWA, CPAS, ISCOS, SAVH and SPD.
4G4Good is available to all StarHub Mobile post-paid customers.
They can opt to pledge their unused talktime, mobile data and SMS for their August billing cycle by sending an SMS message “Opt-in” to 6904.
Customers can make their pledges between 12 July and 31 August 2014 and pledges from billing cycles ending in August 2014 will be consolidated.
Depending on the response from its post-paid customers, StarHub may decide to extend the pledging window for a longer period.
