Samsung Electronics Singapore today announced that the Galaxy Tab Active3 is now available and that the Galaxy XCover Pro will be available in March.
“When designing the Galaxy Tab Active3 and Galaxy XCover Pro, we have incorporated new features based on feedback from our customers on functions that would benefit their everyday operations. The Galaxy Tab Active3 is a multi-functional tablet that not only supports the latest applications for field work, but also no battery mode for those who require devices at a fixed kiosk or mounted on vehicles. Meanwhile, the Galaxy XCover Pro can seamlessly transform into a mobile device scanner or a walkie-talkie – perfect for field workers in logistics and supply chain sectors. With a strong line-up of rugged devices, we are paving the way for continuous innovation to create products that allow customers to do business with a peace of mind, while keeping their frontline workers productive and safe,” said Sarah Chua, Vice President of IT and Mobile, Samsung Electronics Singapore.
Knox Capture, a new enterprise-grade scanning solution will also be supported by both devices by March.
As part of Samsung for Business’ portfolio, the new business rugged devices feature sleek, durable and compact designs that enable frontline workers to be more secure, collaborative and productive in the field.
As the first business rugged tablet to be Enterprise Edition-ready out of the box, the Galaxy Tab Active3 supports “No Battery Mode” for businesses that opt to use the tablet in a fixed location such as a kiosk.
Its Wi-Fi and LTE variants are now available, and are priced at $698 and $798 (including GST) respectively from telco enterprise partners and authorised distributors.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy XCover Pro is a stylish, sleek and rugged all-in-one enterprise mobile device that withstands drops of up to 1.5m, even without a case.
Samsung has just unveiled during its global online launch the Galaxy S21 flagship series of 5G smartphones, as well as the new Galaxy Buds Pro. Singapore pre-order, prices and availability below.

From tomorrow (11 February), the Galaxy S21 5G and Galaxy S21+ 5G will be available in 128GB.
Compared to the launch versions with 256GB, these 128GB versions will be priced S$70 cheaper at S$1,178(Galaxy S21 5G) and S$1,428 (Galaxy S21+ 5G) respectively.
Available at Samsung Online Store and Samsung Experience Stores, with promotions valid till 28 February, while stocks last.
Also, the Galaxy Watch Active2 BT (40mm) is now available in Rose Gold.
In addition, Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S7, Tab S7+ and Tab S7+ 5G will be available – Mystic Navy – from 19 February.

Pre-orders from select online stores for the Galaxy S21 5G, S21+ 5G and S21 Ultra 5G have commenced (at 11pm, 14 January, 2021).
Pre-orders for the Galaxy S21 series at telecommunication operators will begin tomorrow (15 January 2021) at 10am.
Xiaomi has introduced its latest entry-level smartphone – Redmi 9T from only S$199.
The Redmi 9T entry-level smartphone from Xiaomioffers both performance and multi-day battery life from an affordable S$199. The device is available in four delightful color variants: Carbon Gray, Twilight Blue, Sunrise Orange, and Ocean Green.
Redmi 9T will be available in Singapore at a later date, where the 4GB+64GB version will retail at S$199 and the 6GB+128GB version at S$229.
Both versions will be available online at the official Xiaomi store on Lazada and Shopee, as well as offline at all Authorized Mi Stores and other official retailers in Singapore.

Despite being priced at S$299, the 6.5-inch realme C17 sports a 5000mAh battery, 90Hz punch-hole display with 120Hz sampling rate, and AI Quad camera.
realme C17 has two different visual styles: Navy Blue is a reflective dark with a highlighted effect, and Lake Green is a light blue with an AG frosted effect.
