Huawei Consumer Business Group held its Huawei APAC Smart Office Launch 2022 in Thailand today. Pre-orders will start from 5 August 2022 in Singapore. Local pricing and availability TBA.
The Huawei APAC Smart Office Launch 2022 took place in Bangkok, Thailand.

Huawei unveils the MateBook 14s, Watch GT 3 and nova 9 during its APAC Autumn Product Launch online. The MateBook 14s and Watch GT 3 will hit Singapore shelves soon but there are currently no plans to bring the nova 9 to Singapore. Prices TBA.

The Huawei MateBook 14s features a sleek and portable body frame, weighing approximately at 1.43kg.
It has a 2520 x 1680, 213 ppi Huawei FullView Display and a 90 Hz refresh rate with a ratio of 3:2, to create an immersive visual experience.
Kevin Ho, Chief Operating Officer of Huawei Consumer Business Group, presented the opening speech for the
Huawei APAC Autumn Product Launch.Ho shared that Huawei has continued to strengthen its efforts in consumer business and has gained 730 million users worldwide to date, and connected with more than 1 billion devices.
Ho also said that Huawei will continue to bring the most innovative, intelligent and trendy products to the market.
Powered by the 11th Generation Intel Core processors, the Huawei MateBook 14s is capable of handling intensive tasks and multi-tasking needs.
Delivering an upgraded, more powerful, and convenient user experience, the new Huawei Watch GT 3 is more dynamic and intelligent.
On top of its fashionable appearance, comprehensive upgrades, and new interface design, it also comes with accurate health and fitness monitoring with TruSeenTM 5.0+, 14-day battery life with new design, and an Intelligent Dynamic Adjustment Plan.
Huawei nova series aims to be the most popular smartphone for young people.

Huawei has just launched a slew of new products in APAC in its virtual event. These products will ship in Q3 2021, and includes FreeBuds 4, MateView monitors, MatePad tablets, Watch 3 series smartwatch and nova 8i smartphone.
The following products were launched: Huawei nova 8i smartphone, Huawei MatePad series tablets (MatePad Pro 12.6-inch, Huawei MatePad Pro 10.8-inch and Huawei MatePad 11), Huawei Watch 3 series smartwatch, Huawei FreeBuds 4, and two Huawei MateView monitors.
The following Huawei products were introduced during the virtual APAC Summer Product Launch.
- MatePad tablets

The 48-megapixel, 4200mAh Huawei nova 7i will be available for pre-order in Singapore from 5 March and hit Singapore on 14 March. RRP: S$388.
The Huawei nova 7i Android smartphone is available in Singapore in Midnight Black and Sakura Pink.
The Huawei nova 7i is equipped with a quad-camera system that supports Handheld Night Mode.
The camera system includes a 48MP Main Camera, an 8MP Ultra Wide Angle Lens, a 2MP Macro Lens and a 2MP Bokeh Lens.

Equipped with a 6.4-inch FHD+ Punch FullView Display and a big screen-to-body ratio of 90.6%, the Huawei nova 7i has a 16MP front camera on the upper left corner for selfies.

The Huawei nova 7i has a large 4200mAh battery and Kirin 810 chipset.
With 40W Huawei SuperCharge support, the device can be charged up to 70% in 30 minutes.
Huawei AppGallery, the world’s third largest app store, is pre-installed on all Huawei mobile devices including the latest Huawei nova 7i.

Singapore amongst the first in the world to launch the Huawei nova 3i (S$398), featuring the new Kirin 710 chip, and front-facing dual cameras with AI support. Available from 28 July.
Huawei boasts that the nova 3i is currently the only mid-range device that offers front facing dual cameras with AI support, offering a photography experience that rivals what traditional smartphones can offer.
The Huawei nova 3i will be available at all Huawei Concept Stores, local telecommunication operators, selected consumer electronic stores, authorised mobile retailers and selected online marketplaces.
Huawei is selling the nova 3i in Singapore (S$398) in two colours: Iris Black (left) and Black (right).
Huawei customers will also be entitled to a 2-year warranty with any smartphone purchase.
Key features of the Huawei nova 3i include the following.
- Mesmerising gradient featuring a special textured film underneath the glass back that produces a dreamy appearance on the rear.
- Four AI cameras for intelligent photography (Front: 24MP and 2MP, Rear: 16MP and 2MP).
- FullView display at 6.3 inches and FHD+ (2340×1080). The 19.5:9 display covers 85 percent of the color gamut;
- Features the latest EMUI 8.2 and Huawei’s first quad-core Kirin 710 chip, specifically designed for the nova series.
According to Huawei, the nova3i is powered by AI and can recognise over 200 scenarios across eight categories including Blue Sky, Plant and Beach.

The black Huawei nova 2 lite (S$298) will debut in Singapore at the IT Show on 15 March, while the blue version will be available from end-March 2018.
The nova 2 lite is Huawei’s entry-level Android smartphone, priced at S$298.
The HUAWEI nova 2 lite features an 8-megapixel (MP) front camera with selfie toning flash, as well as a dual-lens rear camera.

The HUAWEI nova 2 lite comes with a 2-year local warranty and is available for sale from 15 March 2018 at the following retail locations:

- All Huawei Concept Stores.
- Telcos: M1, Singtel and StarHub Stores Island-wide.
- E-commerce: Lazada.sg & Qoo10.sg.

The HUAWEI nova 2 lite introduces Face Unlock – a high-precision facial recognition technology that is powered by an AI algorithm to automatically detect up to 1,024 points on the human face and perform high-accuracy mapping.
This feature lets users unlock their screens in less than 900 milliseconds using facial recognition.
The HUAWEI nova 2 lite also has a party trick for singing enthusiasts – Karaoke Mode.
This feature enables users to hear their own voice when singing into the microphone on their headsets, akin to being in a recording studio.
Considering the entry-level price, the specs looks more like a mid-tier smartphone.
