CES 2024: Lenovo Showcases Over 40 AI-Powered Devices & Solutions

CES 2024: Lenovo has unveiled more than 40 new devices and AI-powered solutions across the company’s Yoga, ThinkPad, and Legion IdeaPad sub-brands.

The new products cover both consumer and business computing. Some highlights below.

  • Yoga: Each of the four additional new laptops in the Yoga family come with Lenovo Yoga Creator Zone, an exclusive new software for creators, artists, and anybody looking to harness the power of generative AI in a simple and private way with security in mind.
  • ThinkPad: The new Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon and ThinkPad X1 2-in-1 are Intel Evo laptops powered by the latest Intel Core Ultra processors and Windows 11 that deliver optimal power efficiency, performance, and immersive experiences.
  • Legion: Lenovo’s new gaming ecosystem debuted at CES 2024 with Microsoft Windows 11-based PCs, peripherals, software, and services that deliver on power, thermals, graphics, AI-powered advantages, and the freedom to build the ultimate system to game.

The event underscores Lenovo’s maturity from a device-centric manufacturer to adopt a customer-centric strategy that offers end-to-end solutions to fulfill the business and organisational needs of their customers.

Lenovo Experiential Day 2022 is the first in-person showcase in almost two years at JW Marriott Hotel South Beach in Singapore.

The Lenovo Experiential Day 2022 marks the resumption of the company’s flagship event in Singapore, from the hiatus arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Speaking with some of the regular attendees of the event, I found that not a few were surprised at the departure from the past device-centric showcase of end-user hardware.

Lenovo launched its world’s first foldable PC for Singapore over a two-day hybrid event at the Hybrid Broadcast Studio in Marina Bay Sands Level 5.

Lenovo, the world’s #1 PC company showcased its latest lineup of consumer laptops in Singapore during the eXperiential Day.

The Lenovo VIBE Shot ships with a 16-megapixel main camera, 5-inch Full HD screen, 32GB storage and 3GB RAM. It is now available in Singapore from Lazada online at S$479.

The VIBE Shot is the flagship model in Lenovo’s smartphone lineup and is positioned to offer value-for-money in terms of the technical specifications of the phone viz its pricing.

The phone is also available in other ASEAN countries while a variant version of the model, with the localised network bands is also available in China.

Lenovo is especially proud of the camera on the VIBE Shot – note the name of the phone – and is banking on that as a major selling point to the growing hordes of smartphone photographers.

Like a standalone shooter, the VIBE Shot features a dedicated shutter button, which can be used to instantly activate the camera function to snap a quick photo.

Lenovo boasts that the on-board infrared auto-focusing (AF) system is twice as fast as a conventional autofocus, while the tri-color LED flash ensures more realistic skin tones.
