CapitaLand Launches “Phygital” Concept Store NomadX at Plaza Singapura

Real estate company CapitaLand tries to capture online shopping revenue in its brick-and-mortar shopping mall by exploring the new “phygital” multi-label concept store, NomadX, that it launched today at Plaza Singapura.

Launch of the NomadX “phygital” concept store in Plaza Singapura.

In its effort to recapture revenue that has been eroding from traditional brick-and-mortar shopping malls and lost to online shopping websites, the new concept store will attempt to channel back part of these revenue to the physical shops.

The 11,000-square-foot space debuts physical outlets of online retailers including Alibaba’s Taobao, Digital Fashion Week and Style Theory.

Opening: New Dell Exclusive Store at Plaza Singapura after Funan closure

The new store is located at #04-19 and is open daily from 10am to 10pm. In-store promotions below.

The concept store features Dell’s full range of consumer devices as well as a VR-experience zone.

The new store replaces the Dell Exclusive Store that was located in Funan DigitaLife Mall – the Mall has since been closed.

The latest XPS and Inspiron notebooks are part of the full spectrum of consumer laptops, monitors and peripherals offered at the new Dell Exclusive Store at Plaza Singapura.

The new store features experience suites with Dell’s latest XPS, Inspiron and Alienware portfolio, including award-winning products from the 2016 Consumer Electronics Show and the recent Computex 2016 in Taiwan.
