Dell has announced major updates across its Alienware gaming mobility family and peripheral ecosystem, including the world’s thinnest 14” gaming laptop; its most powerful 17-inch AMD Advantage gaming laptop; and the world’s first Quantum Dot OLED gaming monitor.
For extreme gaming performance that delivers a competitive edge, Dell boasts that the Alienware m17 R5 blasts past the competition as the most powerful 17-inch AMD Advantage gaming laptop in the world.
Highlights of Dell’s latest announcements for Alienware include the following.
- The new Alienware x14 – Alienware’s thinnest laptop to date, designed for mobile gamers who want excellent portability.
- Key upgrades to the improved Alienware x15 R2 and Alienware x17 R2, which include a new set of graphics options from NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 Series, 12th Gen Intel Core processors, faster memory, AlienFX stadium lighting and other features.
- The new Alienware m17 R5, the most powerful 17-inch AMD Advantage gaming laptop in the world and the first available laptop to feature AMD SmartAccess Graphics.
- The Alienware 34 Curved QD-OLED Gaming Monitor (AW3423DW) – the world’s first Quantum Dot OLED (QD-OLED) gaming monitor – which offers stunning colour performance and high luminance with crystal-clear visuals for an immersive gaming experience.
- Other gaming peripherals including the Alienware Tri-Mode Wireless Gaming Headset (AW920H) and the Alienware Tri-Mode Wireless Gaming Mouse (AW720M).

Alienware is celebrating its 25th anniversary of pioneering gaming PCs with the launch of the redesigned Alienware Aurora. Price & Availability below.
Every Alienware Aurora configuration ships standard with two 120mm fans installed (one front intake and one rear exhaust), while higher-performance configurations may also ship with a third and/or fourth 120mm fan(s) pre-installed (serving as a second front intake and top exhaust fan, respectively).
First introduced in 2004 as the Aurora ALX, the flagship desktop stood as a symbol of innovation for pioneering the liquid-cooling movement.
It has since become a mid-tower desktop for esports players in demanding, high-stakes tournaments.

For the XPS line, there is the XPS 15 (S$3,199, 14 May), XPS 17 (S$TBD, 12 June) although the XPS Creator Edition won’t be available in Singapore.

Dell’s third store in Singapore offers a full range of consumer and commercial products. This new store is at Funan Mall Level 3-30, the other two stores are in NEX and Plaza Singapura. Prices below.

The new store at Funan will house Dell’s current and latest products including the XPS, Inspiron, G Series, Alienware, Latitude, Precision, and the Vostro for small business needs.
Customers looking for Dell’s small business and commercial range of products will be able to choose and customise products in-store – this service was previously only available online.

Dell launches new series of gaming laptops and stars in Marvel Studios’ “Ant-Man and The Wasp” movie. Models and prices below.

Moving from “Inspiron Gaming” to the “Dell G Series”, the new family introduces a new look for two new gaming laptops in Singapore.

The Dell G3 15 and Dell G7 15 feature gaming-forward designs and snappy performances at affordable prices.
These new G Series gaming laptops come equipped with 8th Gen Intel® Core™ high performance processors and NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 10 Series graphics processing units (GPUs).
The high performance gaming laptops play a role in Marvel Studios’ “Ant-Man and The Wasp” movie which was released around the world today.
Dell hardware, including Dell EMC PowerEdge servers and Dell Precision workstations, were used to produce visual special effects for the film.

Dell announced its new line of VR-ready Alienware notebooks – the Alienware 15 and 17 – that boast the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 10-Series family of GPUs, enabling up to 85% better performance than the previous generation of Alienware notebooks.

The new Alienware notebooks are capable of powering VR out-of-the-box, and compatible with both Oculus and HTC Vive headsets.
Engineered for gamers, the Alienware 17 gains more power with overclocked Intel Core i7 k-series processors and Tobii eye-tracking technology to optimise immersive gameplay.
Dell also announced in Singapore (at Millian, St James Power Station) the new XPS and Inspiron laptops, Inspiron 2-in-1, and XPS Tower for personal and work computing.
The Alienware 15 comes complete with the VR-ready NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 and NVIDIA G-Sync for incredibly smooth, synchronized frame rates.

The concept store features Dell’s full range of consumer devices as well as a VR-experience zone.
The new store replaces the Dell Exclusive Store that was located in Funan DigitaLife Mall – the Mall has since been closed.
The latest XPS and Inspiron notebooks are part of the full spectrum of consumer laptops, monitors and peripherals offered at the new Dell Exclusive Store at Plaza Singapura.
The new store features experience suites with Dell’s latest XPS, Inspiron and Alienware portfolio, including award-winning products from the 2016 Consumer Electronics Show and the recent Computex 2016 in Taiwan.
