The Lenovo Horizon2 will be available for pre-orders from S$2,399 at COMEX 2014. First 10 customers will receive a free Yoga Tablet 10 HD+.
The Lenovo ThinkPad 10 tablet is available now through commercial orders with prices starting from S$1,249.

The Lenovo Horizon 2 is a two-in-one Windows 8 PC providing multi-touch use at any angle, while the ThinkPad 10 is a tablet optimised for business professionals seeking both flexibility and mobility.

The 27-inch Horizon 2 is now much thinner and lighter than its predecessor – the IdeaCentre Horizon.

The Lenovo ThinkPad 10 tablet is also available with prices starting from $1,249.

The Horizon 2 measures only 19.5mm and weighs only 7.6kg – making it easier to transport around the home or office.
The “Table computer” ships with improved performance and smarter features like near field communications (NFC) that interacts with users’ other devices.
Users can simply shake their Android device while using the new Horizon mobile app, allowing content to “fall” onto the Horizon 2’s screen.
Placing the mobile device directly on its screen lets users “pull” out content onto the PC’s display, signaling the Aura dial to appear.

Parallels boasts that Desktop 10 will be able to launch Office applications up to 50 percent faster and deliver up to 30 percent better battery life.

Starting from today (20 August), current users can upgrade to Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac online.
Parallels today launched Parallels Desktop® 10 for Mac and Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac (Enterprise Edition) – software that enables Windows applications to be run on Macs.
Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac and Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac Enterprise Edition has experimental support for many of the features of OS X Yosemite Developer Preview, bringing them to Windows and Windows applications.
Parallels does not provide technical support for it at this time.
Parallels plans to fully support OS X Yosemite in Parallels Desktop 10 when Yosemite becomes commercially available.
New built-in intelligence and support for Apple’s latest operating systems – including OS X Yosemite – greatly improves ease-of-use for both business users and consumers, allowing them to forget about the operating system and focus on the task at hand.
Parallels Desktop 10 will bring many of the announced features of Mac OS X Yosemite to Windows and Windows applications, supporting iCloud Drive, iMessages and SMS text sharing from Windows, and control of virtual machines from Spotlight preview and Finder QuickLook.

The ASUS Transformer Book has been updated with quad-core processor. It will retail at S$599 at all ASUS authorised stores and brand stores in Singapore from 5 July.

The ASUS Transformer Book T100 is now available in red and white. Both will be retailing at S$599 from tomorrow onwards.

The white Transformer Book T100 will be available at all ASUS authorised retailers and ASUS brand stores, while the red Transformer Book T100 will be available exclusively at all Best Denki outlets.

The Transformer Book T100 offers the productivity and performance of a laptop and the portability of a tablet — with instantaneous switching between the modes.
