The new Huawei Watch GT 3 is the company’s latest smartwatch and offers a staggering 14 days battery life as well as more accurate measurements of vital statistics to monitor health and fitness, and to instrument sports performance for in-depth analysis and more effective training.

The Huawei Watch GT 3 is the successor to 2019’s Huawei Watch GT 2 and last year’s Watch GT 2e.

It offers improvements which includes features that had debuted with the flagship Huawei Watch 3 and Watch 3 Pro which was released for APAC in July this year.
The new Huawei Watch GT 3
First unveiled last month in October and launched for Singapore less than two weeks ago, the Huawei Watch GT 3 series will hit the shelves on 18 December, with pre-orders beginning today (until 17 December).
#tech4xmas: This will make an ideal Christmas gift for those keen on fitness and good health.
Major improvements over its predecessor in the sporty GT (Gran Turismo or Grand Tourer) line include an upgrade of the operating system from the Lite OS to HarmonyOS 2.1.0, an Apps grid replacing a scrolling menu, additional sensors, more accuracy in measurements and a rotatable crown.
Compared to the muscular flagship Watch 3 Pro, the new Huawei Watch GT 3 feels lighter and is slightly smaller though both watch faces measure 46mm.
The Watch GT 3 does not have the eSIM & Wi-Fi capabilities of the Watch 3 Pro, but has a much longer 14 days battery life.

Customers making the pre-order will also receive a free audio neckband, Huawei FreeLace worth S$98 to complement their exercise routines with the Huawei Watch GT 3.
First unveiled last month in October, the Huawei Watch GT 3 Series comes in two sizes – 46mm and 42mm – offering more accurate health and fitness monitoring as well as a new dynamic interface design.
The Huawei Watch GT 3 feels light and looks classy on the wrist.
The Huawei Watch GT Runner has been specially designed for runners and is equipped with a dedicated professional running ability evaluation system for comprehensive tracking.

Huawei will be opening the “doors” of its Health Lab in Dongguan to media from APAC for a virtual tour on 25 November, 2021. The 4,680 sqm facility is Huawei’s largest Health Lab in China.
The latest Huawei Health Lab in Songshan Lake, Dongguan, China aims to become a world class health and fitness technology institute dedicated to product R&D, standards R&D, certification, exhibitions, and industry incubation activities.
The new Health Lab in Songshan Lake, Dongguan, China represents the Huawei’s ¥200 million (SGD 42.5 million) R&D investment that supports more than 80 types of simulation tests.
These tests support and provide data for the R&D department that covers extensive research on human health and fitness, incubation and testing of Huawei’s smart wearable products.

Huawei unveils the MateBook 14s, Watch GT 3 and nova 9 during its APAC Autumn Product Launch online. The MateBook 14s and Watch GT 3 will hit Singapore shelves soon but there are currently no plans to bring the nova 9 to Singapore. Prices TBA.

The Huawei MateBook 14s features a sleek and portable body frame, weighing approximately at 1.43kg.
It has a 2520 x 1680, 213 ppi Huawei FullView Display and a 90 Hz refresh rate with a ratio of 3:2, to create an immersive visual experience.
Kevin Ho, Chief Operating Officer of Huawei Consumer Business Group, presented the opening speech for the
Huawei APAC Autumn Product Launch.Ho shared that Huawei has continued to strengthen its efforts in consumer business and has gained 730 million users worldwide to date, and connected with more than 1 billion devices.
Ho also said that Huawei will continue to bring the most innovative, intelligent and trendy products to the market.
Powered by the 11th Generation Intel Core processors, the Huawei MateBook 14s is capable of handling intensive tasks and multi-tasking needs.
Delivering an upgraded, more powerful, and convenient user experience, the new Huawei Watch GT 3 is more dynamic and intelligent.
On top of its fashionable appearance, comprehensive upgrades, and new interface design, it also comes with accurate health and fitness monitoring with TruSeenTM 5.0+, 14-day battery life with new design, and an Intelligent Dynamic Adjustment Plan.

Apple’s Tuesday event unveiled a new iPhone 13 with more storage, major iPad mini upgrades and a new Apple Watch. The next date to watch is Friday, 24 September when the hardware hits the stores in major markets. Below is the sum-up of the products, their local prices, pre-order dates and more.
The anticipated Apple iPhone 13 event unveiling a slew of new devices.
The whole slew of new iPhone 13 has been unveiled, with big changes to the iPad mini, a refreshed 10.2-inch iPad and a new Apple Watch Series 7.
The iPhone 13 series gets the new A15 Bionic chip – a six-core CPU with two high-performance cores, four high-efficiency cores and a quad-core GPU.

The back cameras have been upgraded with wider apertures and new video features, including a Cinematic mode, which transits in-shooting focus smoothly from one subject to another.
There is also a macro lens, and smarter software to recognise skin tones to enable adjustments in tone and warmth filters.
Apple boasts that the iPhone 13 will have a longer battery life than its predecessor, despite its faster chip, 5G, better cameras and new features.
It is also intelligent enough to conserve power consumption by switching to LTE “when 5G speeds aren’t needed”.

Huawei has just launched a slew of new products in APAC in its virtual event. These products will ship in Q3 2021, and includes FreeBuds 4, MateView monitors, MatePad tablets, Watch 3 series smartwatch and nova 8i smartphone.
The following products were launched: Huawei nova 8i smartphone, Huawei MatePad series tablets (MatePad Pro 12.6-inch, Huawei MatePad Pro 10.8-inch and Huawei MatePad 11), Huawei Watch 3 series smartwatch, Huawei FreeBuds 4, and two Huawei MateView monitors.
The following Huawei products were introduced during the virtual APAC Summer Product Launch.
