Event: Executive Condominium OLÁ Opens Gallery In Sengkang

The 17,000 square-feet sales gallery for OLÁ Residences at Sengkang will open to the public today with celebrity appearances, soccer clinics and carnival.

The luxury EC will feature a handcrafted chandelier and other porcelain ornaments from Lladro of Spain and paintings of children and family settings by renowned Spanish artist Eva Armisen that evoke themes of love, family and the community.

The celebrity-chef cookout will feature Li Nanxing, Constance Song, Julie and Wei Le.

Coaches from the Real Madrid Football School will give soccer tips to aspiring young players, alongside a renowned Spanish artist, Eva Armisen, painting at the gallery itself.

Carnival activities from 1-3pm today include performances by Kpop dancers, jugglers, stilt walkers; food and drinks as well as claw machines and games with prizes to be won.

A highlight of OLÁ Residences is the provision of telehealth services by local healthcare startup HiDoc – for the first 2 years, in-condo telemedicine consultations will be free (excluding medications).

OLÁ Residences is developed by Anchorvale, a joint-venture between homegrown EVIA Real Estate and Gamuda Land, a leading property developer based in Malaysia.

Expected to be completed (TOP) by December 2023, OLÁ will have 548 units for sale, with a mix of unit types (2 to 5-bedroom penthouse units) and sizes ranging from 775 square-feet to 1722 square-feet.

Located directly opposite Sengkang General Hospital and Sengkang Community Hospital, OLÁ is two-minutes drive from Nan Chiau Primary School and surrounded by various amenities such as Sengkang Sports Centre and Sengkang MRT.

The project’s immaculate landscaping includes a biodiversity pond, a sensory garden, a forest and stream deck that will complement the surrounding nature and greenery such as Sengkang Riverside Park.

The landscaping will encourage community bonding, featuring 12 lounge and bar areas to facilitate events and gatherings.

A unique feature of the development is its emphasis on community living.

Residents can sign up for activities ranging from aqua Zumba and aqua Taekwondo to courses for baking and dance as well as soccer lessons conducted by coaches of the renowned Real Madrid Football School.

These services will continue to be organised by OLA’s developer even after TOP as part of its emphasis on community living.

The coaches will be present at the sales gallery to give performances and soccer tips.

Reflecting the project’s Spanish theme, each of OLÁ’s nine blocks will feature a painting by world-renowned Spanish artist Eva Armisen.

Depicting themes of family and childhood, the paintings will be on display at the sale gallery, and visitors can catch Eva herself on the 22, 23, 29 February and 1 March as she completes an exclusively commissioned painting for OLÁ.
