HiDoc’s TeleHealth Kiosk will allow residents to consult doctors and specialists virtually, supported by a medical concierge who will dispense medications to the doorstep of the patient.

This innovative initiative is the result of a partnership between local health startup HiDoc (backed by SGX-listed Singapore Medical Group) and property developer Anchorvale Pte Ltd.
The unique online platform provides convenience and time-savings as part of the EC’s emphasis on amenities and community living.
The TeleHealth Kiosk will be showcased to visitors to the OLÁ show gallery at Sengkang from 15 February 2020.

Singapore, 4 February 2020 – For the first time in Singapore, families living in a residential project – the upcoming OLÁ luxury Executive Condo (EC) – will be able to obtain virtual medical consultations with doctors or specialists through a telehealth kiosk located within the upcoming development itself, with medications ready for collection within hours.
“The partnership between HiDoc and Anchorvale marks a significant step in the evolution of telehealth in Singapore. Through technology and developer committed to after-sales community living, we bring personal medical care and related arrangements to the doorstep,” said SMG Managing Director Dr. Christina Low, who is also Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of HiDoc.
The breakthrough service is a partnership between two homegrown Singapore companies – telehealth startup HiDoc and OLÁ’s developer Anchorvale Pte Ltd. (“Anchorvale”).
HiDoc is backed by Singapore Exchange-listed Singapore Medical Group (“SMG”), while Anchorvale is a joint-venture between homegrown EVIA Real Estate and Gamuda Land, a leading property developer based in Malaysia.
OLÁ is a 548-unit EC located in Sengkang that is expected to be completed by December 2026.
It will offer a unique Spanish-style living with major emphasis on community activities such as yoga, aqua Zumba and aqua Taekwondo.
The wheelchair-friendly HiDoc kiosk will feature a webcam and a touchscreen that allow patients to conduct video-enabled consultations with doctors.
It will have sensors and devices to capture patients’ temperature, blood pressure and heart rate, amongst others.
The integrated platform includes a mobile and web-based solution, including an app.
It will facilitate medications or supplements to be ordered from an e-pharmacy and delivered to OLÁ.
The platform allows doctors to access patient health records, while patients can consult from a pool of accredited general practitioners (GPs) for general consultations, and specialists for reviews and second opinions.
They can also request for house calls or care-giver services.
OLÁ residents will enjoy unlimited GP services, excluding medication and delivery charges, within six months upon the receipt of the Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) for the project in Singapore’s northeast.
Anchorvale said the first-of-its kind facilities of OLÁ underscore the developer’s commitment to set a new standard in EC living with amenities that can help busy Singapore homeowners achieve significant savings in time and convenience.
The HiDoc telehealth kiosk will be showcased to the public when OLÁ opens its show gallery 15 February.
