Pre-Order / Registration of interest for the Galaxy Note20 (256GB), Note20 5G2 (256GB) and Note20 Ultra 5G2 (256GB) will commence from 6 August 2020, Thursday, 10am.

Consumers who pre-order their Galaxy Note20, Note20 5G and Note20 Ultra 5G from telecommunication operators can collect their devices from 17 August 2020, Monday.
Customers of M1 and Singtel can opt to collect their devices through in-store collection, delivery, or POPStation collection, while StarHub customers can receive their devices via delivery only.

The Samsung Concierge Care Pack can be purchased within 14 days of purchase of your new device and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

For consumers who prefer to experience the product before making their purchase, the new Galaxy Test Drive programme provides them with the opportunity to test out the all-new Galaxy Note20, Note20 5G, Note20 Ultra 5G without heading down to the stores.
The respective recommended retail prices for the various Samsung Galaxy Note20 models.
From 6 August 2020, Thursday, consumers can visit go online to book an appointment for a complimentary 15-minute session with a product demo kit right at their door step.
Appointments will be available from 8 August 2020, Saturday, between 10am and 9pm daily, subject to slot availability.
