At its online global launch event, Huawei has just launched its latest flagship P40 line-up and three new devices. Local Pricing & Availability will be announced at the Singapore launch tomorrow. Stay tuned.
As expected, the P40 Series offers 5G and pushes the frontier in smartphone photography, with its Leica camera system and AI engines.
The series comprises three models:
- Huawei P40 (799 Euros, 8GB+128GB, 7 April)
- Huawei P40 Pro (999 Euros, 8GB+256GB, 7 April)
- Huawei P40 Pro+ (1,399 Euros, 8GB+512GB, June)
A new smart photography feature enables users to easily remove passers-by and reflections in a photo.
Bolstered by Huawei’s largest CMOS sensor yet and intelligent AI capabilities, the Huawei P40 Series offers its most advanced smartphone camera to date.
The Huawei P40 phones will not come with Google Mobile Services but run on its proprietary Huawei Mobile Services with the EMUI 10.1 operating system.
Three other new devices were launched during the online event, which was live streamed worldwide.
- Huawei Sound X: a new wireless speaker in partnership with renowned global audio brand Devialet.
- Huawei Watch GT2e: Huawei’s latest smartwatch. 199 Euros.
- Gentle Monster Eyewear: Huawei’s new smart wearable eyewear range.
