Viadex specialises in creating next-generation IT to help global companies increase their efficiency and performance and Formula One increasingly relies on continuous IT innovation, from trackside analytics to high performance computing, to boost every car’s performance.

“I’m delighted to carry the Viadex logo on my crash helmet once again for the Singapore Grand Prix. It’s one of my favourite events of the year, and a circuit at which I’ve previously won in GP2, so I’m looking forward to a strong result with the Renault Sport F1 Team – and achieving valuable visibility for Viadex. I can’t wait to return to the city streets and I’m looking forward to meeting Viadex guests during the weekend too,” said Jolyon Palmer, Renault F1 driver.

The company is a partner for Pure Storage, who earlier this year announced a global partnership with MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS.

As a result it’s been possible for them to accelerate analysis of data-centric transactions that impact car performance and lap time, and they’ve achieved 35% faster race-related transactions.

Viadex opened its Asia Pacific office in Singapore last year, aiming to serve local, regional and global customers and also support an existing customer base.

Viadex’s delivery of IT infrastructure involves ensuring reliability, speed and constant attention to detail, mirroring the priorities of an F1 team.

Viadex specialises in end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions, flattening the supply chain and consolidating the procurement process for its clients.

“We are delighted to sponsor Jolyon in a sport that exemplifies how fast-paced technology innovation continuously improves performance. The Singapore Grand Prix is set in a high-tech, global city at the epicentre of Asia’s technology boom and it epitomises everything that we’re about,” said Dino Cooper, Viadex Group Managing Director.

They have delivered innovative and complex multi-vendor solutions to organisations in over 67 countries around the globe to date and continue to build on their global fulfilment model.
