New Arrival: PRISM+ Launches 100” QLED TV and 2024 TVs

Local TV maker PRISM+ showcased its 2024 TV portfolio with the headline launch of the 100-inch QLED TV, as well as its first Mini-LED QLED TVs, and refreshed OLED TV lineup. Price and availability below.

“Our 2024 TV line-up is our most exciting TV launch to date. Local consumers have spending power, and are quick to discern between a ‘cheap’ product, and one that offers ‘value’. We are confident that our latest offerings will redefine expectations of home entertainment,” said Jonathan Tan, Founder and Managing Director of PRISM+.

The new TVs unveiled in today’s showcase are as follows.

  • Alpha Series 4K OLED TV
    • 55 AL – S$1,899
    • 65 AL – S$2,699
    • 77 AL – S$4,599
  • Mini-LED QLED 4K Google TV
    • U65 Mini LED – S$1,699
    • U75 Mini LED – S$2,299
  • QLED 4K Google TV
    • Q86 Ultra – S$2,399
    • Q100 Ultra – S$3,999

The Q100 Ultra goes on sale today while the other models are on pre-order from today.

All models offer two HDMI 2.1 ports, as well as a native 120Hz 4K display, along with a host of other features to optimise and streamline gaming experience.

The Q100 Ultra is the biggest TV that PRISM+ has made so far and will feature 4K UHD resolution, localised dimming, and a built-in 2.2.2ch Dolby Atmos sound system.

The Q86 Ultra will now come with Google TV and the same hardware and features as the Q100 Ultra, except for the built-in sound system and full-array local dimming.

“We truly believe that the Mini-LED is the next premium display technology ready for mass adoption – especially given the affordability and quality of viewing that it brings to the table. We are proud to offer our customers a diverse range of premium TVs that cater to different viewing preferences. From the expansive 100-inch QLED to the vibrant OLED displays, our latest line-up promises an unparalleled viewing experience,” said Jonathan Tan, Founder and Managing Director of PRISM+.

The new U-Series 4K Mini-LED QLED Google TV comes in two sizes – the U65 AND u75.

The 4K Mini-LED displays are capable of reaching 1400 nits of peak brightness – four times more than a traditional IPS display, and over 50% more than a typical OLED display without the worry of screen burn-in.

The new U-Series combines Mini-LED technology with QLED (Quantum Dot Layer) technology to provide brighter displays with high dynamic range and wide colour gamut.

Both the PRISM+ U65 and U75 will also feature cinematic technology that includes Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10+, HLG, MEMC (motion smoothing), Filmmaker Mode, and Dolby Atmos.

In addition to the new TVs, the PRISM+ has also refreshed its flagship Alpha Series OLED TVs, upgrading its Android TV operating system to Google TV.

In addition to the current 55-inch and 65-inch models, a bigger 77-inch model has been added to the lineup.

The Alpha Series OLED TVs ship with 2.1.2ch Dolby Atmos surround sound system, as well as Dolby Vision IQ, with a light and motion sensor to ensure that visuals are optimised to the ambient lighting conditions.

The pricing for the 100 inch looks very attractive. But I live in hdb, will the tv fit in the lift?

    • tech4tea says:

That’s a good and relevant question. It depends on the size of your elevator. Some HDB lifts are big enough but some are not. You’ll have to tell the salesperson at point of purchase. They’ll try to get it into the lift. If cannot, they may unbox the TV downstairs to see if the panel itself can fit (the box makes it a lot bulkier). Last resort is for them to carry up the stairs, but they’ll charge per level, like S$10 per level (you’ll have to check with the salesperson)

Wow, Thanks a lot for the detailed info. I’ve never had the problem before because my current 55″ has no problem going into the lift. But a bit worried if it’s a 100-incher. i’ll go measure the lift before ordering the tv. But I live on the 11th floor, so if cannot fit, guess I’ll have to fork out an additional $100+. 🙁
