The improved Octavia 1.0 TSI eTEC drivetrain has a reduced fuel consumption (4.3 litre/100km 1.0 TSI eTEC versus 5.3 litre/100km 1.5 TSI eTEC) and CO2 emissions (98 gram/km 1.0 TSI eTEC versus 122 gram/km 1.5 TSI eTEC).

The improved Scala is now equipped with features such as full LED headlights with daytime running lights, full LED rear lights with dynamic indicators, Virtual Cockpit, Multi-function steering wheel and Drive Mode selection.

More details below from the press release.

All-new and fully-electric Enyaq Coupé iV makes a statement for Škoda Singapore’s electric future

With a distinctive, emotive design that reflects the future of Škoda cars, the Enyaq Coupé iV reflects the current trends of simplicity and individualisation.

“Škoda models are known for their excellent interior space and functionality – characteristics that our customers love. As customers’ demands grow and more car buyers search for electric vehicles that do not compromise on functionality, comfort and design, Škoda Singapore is confident our future line-up of electric and even our current internal combustion vehicles will meet their needs,” said Dr. Kurt Leitner, Managing Director of Volkswagen Group Singapore.

Coupled with state-of-the-art driver-assistance systems, innovative technologies, and signature Škoda smart features, the Enyaq Coupé iV is a practical and comfortable electric vehicle that is suited to everyday life.

Complete with an attractive coupé-like design, the bodywork resembles the award-winning Škoda Vision iV concept car that was first unveiled in 2019, with the rear section sloping downwards to create a sporty silhouette and provide better aerodynamic performance.

This stylish and dynamic design is completed by body-colour undercarriage paintwork and a glass roof panel to accentuate the futuristic look on the exterior.

New Octavia: Even Better and More Efficient

The e-TEC mild hybrid powertrain made its debut in the fourth generation of Skoda’s bestseller, the Octavia when the model launched in Singapore in 2021 and it has just gotten even better with an EVO-generation 1.0 TSI petrol engine.

Using a 48-volt belt-driven starter motor and a 48-volt lithium-ion battery, it recovers brake energy and supports the combustion engine by providing it with an electric boost, and is able to coast with the engine completely switched off.

Fuel efficiency is also greatly increased, especially for stop-and-start city driving.

The new Octavia continues to offer enhanced, supreme connectivity and driver’s assistance systems for safe and comfortable drives.

Features such as the Wireless SmartLink and smartphone charging comes standard as well as an innovative modular infotainment system with customisable Virtual Cockpit that turns every journey into a joyful experience for the driver.

As with all Skoda models, the Octavia boasts an impressive seating and loading capacity at 600 litres of boot space with back seats up and 1,555 litres with them folded.

Besides a segment leading boot capacity, other comfort features such as the Virtual Pedal and Electric Tailgate – which are typically found in more premium trims and car brands – are available in the Octavia.

New Scala: Greater Efficiency

When the Scala first launched in 2021, the compact hatchback set new benchmarks in its segment with safety assistance systems and technology from higher segments that subsequently earned its badge for several local and international awards.

Now, the Scala gets a reboot with a 1.0 TSI engine that increases fuel efficiency and offers lower running costs.
