Tech-U-Can Use (TUCU): Guest reviewer Jennifer Lee was headed to New York to receive a work-related award and for vacation so I gave her a Belkin BoostCharge Pro Magnetic Power Bank with Qi2 15W 10K for her trip. Here’s her experience with the MagSafe-compatible power bank.

Belkin BoostCharge Pro Magnetic Power Bank with Qi2 15W 10K in New York — keeping the iPhone juiced up to snap that money shot of the Statue of Liberty.
I brought this Belkin power bank with me on a recent trip to New York City, and honestly, it was a game changer.
Super easy to use — no cables, no setup.
Just snap it onto the back of your phone and you’re good to go.
The magnetic hold is strong and secure, so I never had to worry about it falling off while walking around or pulling it in and out of my bag.
What I really liked was how hassle-free it felt.
I could keep using my phone while it charged — taking photos, using maps, browsing, listening to music — and didn’t have to think about where to plug in.
It’s about the same weight as my iPhone Pro, so not too heavy to carry around all day. I just tossed it in my bag and brought it everywhere with me.
One charge from the power bank gave me about two full phone charges, which was more than enough to get through long days out.
When I needed to charge fast, it didn’t disappoint.
For those with multiple devices needing a recharge, the power bank can charge three devices simultaneously in Power Bank Mode via Wireless charging and 2x USB-C ports.
I also liked the little kickstand on the back — it came in handy when I wanted to watch videos or just set my phone up on a table.
The power bank came ready to use, which was perfect since I forgot to charge it before leaving.

Using the iPhone as an analogue clock display while charging it with the power bank and standing it upright with the inbuilt kickstand. Use the StandBy feature in the iPhone to turn it into a bedside clock, a photo frame, a display for viewing widgets or Live Activities in full screen etc.
It’s also made with recycled materials, which is a nice bonus.
And there’s a warranty in case anything goes wrong, so it feels like a great, reliable buy.
Highly recommended for fellow travelers, or those who are just out and about all day, especially if you’re trying to stay light and efficient.

oh wow, i like that it charges without wires and is secure enough to just leave the power bank constantly attached to the phone. I followed your links to purchase one for myself online. They are selling it at a lower price than the RRP now!
Yes it’s really handy when you’re out for the whole day. Like you said, you can just leave it attached to the phone ALL day. And it’s not heavy at all. And yes, the prices have dropped since launch.
