Oppo has launched in Singapore the Oppo A53 entry-level smartphone, and announced a new variant of the Oppo FindX2 Pro 5G – the Green Vegan Leather Edition.

A large 5000mAh battery is capable of 18W Fast Charge, with Super Power Saving Mode to extend battery life with 5% remaining, and Sleep Standby Optimisation consuming only 2% of the battery to provide 8hrs of standby time overnight.
The Oppo A53 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core 460 processor, 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1-based storage, which can be expanded to 256GB through a 3-Card Slot.
The phone comes with Oppo’s first RAM+ Memory Optimisation, an anti-lagging algorithm that is being introduced to Oppo phones for the first time.

It works by optimising the algorithm to expand the cache storage on the phone’s RAM to facilitate a smoother operation of the system and speed up the time it takes to open up an app.
Oppo FindX2 Pro 5G in Green Vegan Leather
Oppo has unveiled the Green Vegan Leather Edition for its FindX2 Pro 5G.
The phone features a custom-made vegan leather built-in the middle frame and combines environmentally-friendly materials with a unique three-layer leather stitching technology to breathe tactile sensation into the product.
Fully constructed in green matte metal, the middle frame of the Find X2 Pro 5G relies on sandblasting technology to ensure a consistent colouring throughout the phone.
Its Sony IMX689 image sensor combines Dual Native ISO technology and a large f/1.7 aperture.
With its 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 flash charge, the Find X2 Pro 5G Green Vegan Leather can also be charged to 40% in just 10 minutes and fully charged in 38 minutes.

It also significantly increases the performance speed at a software level, even after prolonged use and after opening and running apps continuously.
The Oppo A53’s large 6.5-inch HD+ screen has a single punch hole design and its AI Brightness offers a comfortable viewing experience even under the sun – by automatically adjusting the phone’s backlight based on how it learns its user’s brightness preferences.
The phone has a pair of Super Dual Speakers with Dirac 2.0 digital sound correction technology for better sound.
The Oppo A53 has a 16-megapixel front camera and Intelligent Beautification algorithms – Front Camera AI Beautification automatically adjusts skin tones to look natural and bright even in a dim environment.
Users can also add colour to the lips with Front Camera Smart Touch-up, or smoothen face and skin with Front Camera Customised Beautification.
The phone has a 13MP AI Triple Camera at the rear of the phone, including a 13MP Main camera, a 2MP Depth camera, and a 2MP macro camera that shoots as close as 4cm away.
The AI Triple Camera features Portrait Bokeh, Dazzle Color Mode, and more than a dozen Stylish Filters to photographs and videos.
