The Canon Print Hub is designed to drive efficiency and productivity savings, and enhance customer experiences at the Singapore Sports Hub – resulting in a projected S$2m savings over five years.

The Canon Print Hub is located within the Singapore Sports Hub. Singapore Sports Hub will be invoiced based on actual usage.
With the launch of Canon Print Hub, the Singapore Sports Hub and its partners will have immediate access to Canon’s expertise in document management solutions, managed document services, mailroom services, creative services and print production services.
“The Canon Print Hub is a creative internal solution which provides us with swift information delivery and effective communication with our many customers, partners and sponsors,” said Oon Jin Teik, Chief Operating Officer, Singapore Sports Hub.
This will allow for a quicker, more cost-effective turnaround of marketing collaterals and materials during events held at the Singapore Sports Hub, such as the 28th SEA Games in Singapore from 5-16 June later this year.
In addition, co-locating Canon Print Hub within the Singapore Sports Hub facility will allow the Singapore Sports Hub to implement marketing communication campaigns at shorter notices offering more dynamic customer engagement programs.
Canon sponsorship of Singapore Sports Hub
The Canon Print Hub dovetails into Canon’s series of sponsorship collaboration with the Singapore Sports Hub.
“Two years ago we launched Canon Business Services as we realised that our customers needed us to deliver both great product and managed services while they focused on their core business,” said Kensaku Konishi, President and CEO, Canon Singapore Pte. Ltd.
As a “Founding Partner” and “Official Printing & Imaging Partner” of the Singapore Sports Hub, Canon aims to “contribute to the community by supporting national sporting initiatives and helping athletes in their quest for sporting excellence”.
Under the terms of the 3-year sponsorship agreement with the Singapore Sports Hub – a deal facilitated by World Sport Group and announced in late December last year – Canon Singapore (CSPL) will receive branding, hospitality and signage rights in recognition for its sponsorship.

CSPL’s support will also extend to offering Sports Hub and its consortium members its print and document management*, as well as specialist outsourcing services**.
“Through the deployment of the Canon Print Hub, we are committed to helping the Sports Hub achieve its ambition of being the premier destination for sports, leisure and entertainment enthusiasts. We will do this by creating continuous efficiencies which will help the facility manage costs while delivering the best experiences,” said Konishi.
