The Transformer Book T100 offers the productivity and performance of a laptop and the portability of a tablet — with instantaneous switching between the modes.
The Transformer Book T100 is a 10.1-inch ultraportable laptop with Intel Atom “Bay-Trail” quad-core processor and a detachable HD 1,366 x 768 display that can be used as a standalone Windows 8.1 tablet.
Weighing 550g for the tablet and a 1.07kg when combined with the mobile keyboard dock, the Transformer Book T100 is one of the lightest ultraportables in the market.
It is an extremely compact ultraportable for users who wish to have the productivity features of a laptop with the portability of a tablet – and the flexibility to switch between the two in an instant.
In addition to hybrid storage of 32GB eMMC and 500GB HDD, the Transformer Book T100 comes pre-installed with Microsoft Office Home & Student 2013 with full versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote.
The Transformer Book T100 is suitably ideal in both school and work places.
Featuring Intel Atom Z3775 quad-core processor, the Transformer Book T100 is capable of fast and smooth multi-tasking performance with up to 11 hours on battery power and up to 14 days on standby mode.
The lightweight keyboard dock is designed for comfortable extended use, and has a multi-touch touchpad with full Windows 8.1 gesture support.
Just 10.5mm thin in tablet mode, the Transformer Book T100’s 10.1-inch display has a 1366 x 768 resolution and features IPS technology for wide 178-degree viewing angles and good daylight visibility.
Capacitive multi-touch gives fine fingertip control in tablet mode, while exclusive ASUS ‘Reading Mode’ technology adjusts the display automatically to make the screen easier to read for long periods.
