By offering higher refresh rates and synchronized frame delivery, gameplay has become noticeably smoother and more responsive.

So far, these new developments have been confined to desktop monitors and gaming laptops that lack the sheer size to rival big-screen TVs.

With full array local dimming (FALD) LED backlighting that’s dynamically controlled across 384 zones and a peak brightness of 1,000 nits in each zone, ROG Swift PG65UQ delivers nuanced and realistic shadows and highlights, stunning contrast, cinematic color and low latency to deliver the best HDR gaming experiences.

Fast and super-smooth big-scale gaming

ROG Swift PG65UQ features a 65-inch 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution HDR panel, packing over eight million pixels into that great screen space.

With an amazing overclockable 144Hz rate, it handles fast-moving visuals with ease and makes them smoother and more realistic than ever.

To smooth out the stuttering that can occur when performance dips below the maximum refresh rate, ROG Swift PG65UQ features NVIDIA G-SYNC™ Ultimate technology to synchronize with the frame rate of compatible GeForce graphics cards, and to make games alive with stunning contrast, cinematic color, and low latency.

The ultimate HDR experience

With full array local dimming (FALD) technology, ROG Swift PG65UQ dynamically controls LED backlighting across 384 zones, providing very high contrast for richer, more natural-looking dark scenes.

The LEDs can be turned on and off independently to create a wide range of dynamic luminance for a much richer, more nuanced image.

DisplayHDR 1000 and Ultra HD Premium certified, ROG Swift PG65UQ can achieve a peak brightness 1000 nits in each LED zone, ensuring bright whites and brilliant colors.

ROG Swift PG65UQ features quantum-dot technology, enabling a wide color gamut with 95% coverage of the cinema-standard DCI-P3 color space, and a thorough factory pre-calibration process ensures incredibly accurate color (Delta-E < 2) out of the box.

The display also features a wide viewing angle for a natural-looking image with minimal color shifting from any viewpoint.
