The ROG GT51CA is designed to impress, with dynamic 8-million-colour LED effects on 4 zones across its chassis, and a preset OC lighting mode that is activated whenever the system is overclocked.
The ROG GT51CA’s bold design helped it win a 2016 iF Design Award and a 2016 CES® Innovation Award.
Top-notch gaming performance with effective cooling system
The ROG GT51CA supports up to two NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX Titan X graphics card in a single desktop with 2-Way SLI for smooth, stutter-free 4K/UHD gaming at over 60 frames per second.
“We are very honoured to partner with Twentieth Century Fox for the premiere of the X-Men: Apocalypse movie. Designed to be extremely bold and aggressive, the ROG GT51CA gaming desktop pushes gaming performance to the limits, which makes it a good partner with an amazing blockbuster like the X-Men series. We believe our gamers share the same sentiments as us,” said Leo Tseng, country manager of ASUS Singapore (Systems).
It also features 512GB NVMe PCIe® SSDs for data access speeds of up to 3.2Gbps — up to six times faster than SATA SSDs.
The ROG GT51CA with 2-way SLI NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX Titan X graphics card with a 64GB DDR4 RAM comes clocked at 2800MHz for faster boot-up and game load times.
Furthermore, the ROG GT51CA delivers efficient heat management for stable high-performance gaming sessions.
It features the liquid-cooled Hydro Overclocking System for the processor and dedicated air channels to draw cool air into the chassis for the graphics card. In addition, its power supply unit is situated at the bottom corner of the chassis, thus providing an isolated airflow design for effective cooling.
Featuring a multi-zone thermal solution, the ROG GT51 is capable of lowering the system’s internal temperatures by up to 31%, even during heavy-load marathon gaming sessions.
The ultimate graphics card: GTX TITAN X Graphics Card
The NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX TITAN X’s beating heart is the 28nm GM200 graphics processor unit (GPU).
Built using the same energy-efficient Maxwell architecture as its GTX 900-series brethren, the TITAN X packs a whopping 3072 CUDA cores—compared to the GeForce GTX 980’s 2048—along with 192 texture units.
“The GeForce GTX TITAN X is the ultimate graphics card based on NVIDIA’s Maxwell architecture and is a gamer’s dream. It delivers incredible performance, unmatched power efficiency and cutting-edge features such as G-SYNC, 4K gaming, VR, and ShadowPlay. With two of these in SLI mode, the ROG GT51CA gaming desktop is taking gaming ecstasy to a whole new level,” said Simon Tan, Director of Consumer Business, APAC South at NVIDIA.
The card comes clocked at 1,000MHz, with a boost clock of 1,075MHz.
The TITAN X packs high-capacity VRMs with 10% power headroom, a 6-phase GPU power supply with overclocking capabilities, and a dedicated 2-phase power supply for the 12GB of 7Gbps GDDR5 memory.
Together, these features and Maxwell’s overclocking headroom can power TITAN X to even greater speeds.
Furthermore, the TITAN X’s suitability for driving cutting edge Virtual Reality headsets was demonstrated at the press event.
Each demo was rendered on an Oculus Rift headset using two high-resolution displays running at 90Hz, requiring a constant 90 frames per second, per screen, and TITAN X is the best GPU in town for this task.
