A brief description of the three new cameras are included below.

EOS M10

The EOS M10 is Canon’s latest addition to the EOS M range of mirrorless interchangeable-lens cameras.

Pairing superior image quality associated with an EOS DSLR with the convenience of a point-and-shoot compact, the chic and lightweight design (approximately 301 grams) makes it a good companion for urbanites.

The EOS M10 is paired with the new compact EF-M15-45 mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM lens that ensures high image quality in every shot.

Equipped with a tilt-type LCD touchscreen that extends to 180 degrees, the EOS M10 has an intuitive user interface that also enables selfies from varied angles.

Photographers also benefit from an enhanced user experience with its Creative Assist editing capabilities and connectivity features.

“The PowerShot G5 X will delight serious photographers with its built-in EVF, which enables the photographer to focus on image composition and be assured of their desired photographic outcomes, particularly when lighting conditions are not ideal,’’ said Edwin Teoh, Assistant Director, Consumer Business Marketing, Canon Singapore.

PowerShot G5 X

The PowerShot G5 X is designed for the advanced user and amateurs who take their photography seriously.

It is the first PowerShot G series model with a built-in EVF for brilliant image and colour reproduction and a large 1.0” 20.2 megapixel CMOS sensor that renders higher sensitivity for superior image quality.

The ergonomics of the user interface has also been designed for photographers’ ease of use.

PowerShot G9 X

“The PowerShot G9 X blends cutting-edge imaging technology and a slimline design to deliver great style and performance to the modern casual photographer. The stylish PowerShot G9 X will be a powerful and convenient everyday camera that performs even under challenging lighting conditions,’’ said Teoh.

The PowerShot G9 X is the most compact and lightest model to join the PowerShot G series line of premium compact cameras.

Packing a punch for a pocket-sized camera, the PowerShot G9 X comes with a large 1.0” 20.2 megapixel CMOS sensor that renders higher sensitivity (HS) and Canon’s imaging technology for superior image quality approaching the EOS line.

The user interface of the camera has been designed with a newly optimized button layout for intuitive operation which would appeal to users who prefer to focus on the fun and joy of capturing beautiful moments.
