The VAIO Fit E notebook has a newly upgraded Intel Core™ i5-4200U 1.6GHz processor, while the VAIO Tap 11 is touted as the world’s thinnest Windows Tablet PC.

The VAIO Fit E is available in black, white and pink and now has a more powerful Intel Core i5-4200U 1.60 GHz processor with turbo boost to 2.60 GHz.

As part of the Sony Days 2013 promotion, consumers who purchase the VAIO Fit E before and on 1 January 2014 will receive a Walkman NWZ-W274S for free.
The VAIO Tap 11 was first announced earlier this year at IFA, Europe’s biggest tech show.
With a slim profile of 9.9mm (main body only), Sony claims that the VAIO Tap 11 is the world’s thinnest Windows Tablet PC.
It is equipped with either an i5 or i7 Intel Core processor.
The VAIO Tap 11 can also function as a conventional notebook and has the same Omnibalance design as the Xperia Z and Z1 smartphones, as well as TRILUMINOS Display for mobile and ClearAudio+ mode for better visual and audio quality.
