Huawei has two flagship smartphone series – the photography-strong P series which launches in the first half of each year, and the video-strong Mate series which launches in the second half.
The Huawei Mate 50 Pro is hitting Singapore shelves on 26 November, 2022; with registration of interest from 12-25 November.
I’ve been trying out the S$1,548 Mate 50 Pro (courtesy of Huawei Singapore) and it’s been impressive so far.
The S$298 Huawei MatePad SE is an entry-level personal and entertainment tablet that’s ideal for the young at home – it’s even somewhat ruggedised to take the abuse that comes with the territory.
I’ve also been using it and what I like about it is the usual multi-tasking and multi-device collaboration features that come with all Huawei MatePad tablets.
So even if you’re a grown up, the MatePad SE can be useful for work too.

Is the orange version coming to Singapore? I wanted to get that version.
Unfortunately, only the black and silver versions are coming to Singapore.
That’s so sad for me, the orange version looks so chio with its vegan leather back!
I know right … and it has water resistance up to 6m and is more rugged as well.
