Atrix Dynamics, a PC/laptop seller founded in 2016, is expanding its IT retailing business in Singapore in both the online and offline spaces – and offering both online/offline shopping and after sales support seamless for its customers.

Firstly, it aims to expand its current 19 physical stores to 24 by next year (2024).

“In a knowledge society where we rely on multiple devices for work and play, it is vital for consumers to choose the right devices for their needs. Atrix has seen success over the last few years on both our offline and online retail channels through a combination of competitive pricing, wide choice of premium products and our customer-first shopping experience. We want to take the consumer experience to the next level through a combination of revolutionary offline-to-online initiatives, an island-wide network of brick-and-mortar retail shops and enhanced customer support – all to make it easier for consumers to buy and manage the lifecycle of their IT products,” said Tang Tin, founder and director of Atrix.

New stores that were opened this year include outlets in NEX, VivoCity, Jurong Point, JEM and Tampines Mall.

The five new stores that Atrix plans to open will be in Holland Village, Bishan Junction 8, Ang Mo Kio Hub, PLQ, and Tampines 1.

Atrix is also partnering with Lazada to open its official store on the e-commerce platform.

At the same time, the company is launching its own online store called Atrix Mall which will sell its products online and provide after sales support as well.

Pricing, delivery options and customer service will be the same whether customers buy from its online platforms or offline shops.

For purchase for premium laptops and desktops, delivery can be within 2 hours after confirmation of order; while purchases of other laptops and desktops will be delivered on the same day if the transactions are completed before 12 noon.

Alternatively, customers can choose immediate pickup from Atrix retail outlets island-wide upon confirmation of purchase.

In terms of customer service, Atrix is offering the following.

  • Carry-in to Atrix Service Experience Centres (within Atrix retail shops)
  • Remote help service to troubleshoot/fix software issues
  • 30-Day money back guarantee
  • E-Waste Recycling
  • Data safeguard

From now till August 2024, customers can pay S$199 to enjoy lifetime remote troubleshooting and software support for each device.

After August 2024, this service will cost S$99 per year for each device.

The fee includes one replacement of laptop battery, one replacement of power charger, and two system recovery cases.

What’s the “data safeguard” service for?

Whether you are sending your device for repair or e-waste disposal, Atrix will ensure that your data is handled securely and given to you for safekeeping. For example, Atrix staff can remove your hard drive or flash storage drive, place them in a new drive enclosure and ensure all your data remains secure – all at no extra charge.
