Tech-U-Can-Use (TUCU): This compact and fast GaN charger takes care of the charging needs of all my smartphones, tablets and laptops at home and on my travels.
I’ve been using this BoostCharge Pro 4-Port 108W GaN Charger from Belkin since it hit shelves in Singapore last month and it has become the charging “hub” for my electronic gadgets.
The charger includes 2x USB-C and 2x USB-A ports to power a laptop and three additional devices, using USB-C PD and GaN technologies to provide a high-powered and efficient charge.
It can charge my Asus laptop at full speed or fast charge a Samsung S22 Ultra and an iPad while charging two additional devices such as the Sony LinkBuds S earbuds and the Huawei Watch GT 3 Pro smartwatch.
The charger supports a wide range of devices including MacBook, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Samsung, as well as other USB-C smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
The GaN technology provides high wattage and increased charging efficiency and Intelligent Power Sharing which distributes the most efficient power to the devices.
The USB-C PD 3.0 Power Delivery technology delivers a fast charge for up to two devices.
- Access up to 96W of power to charge a MacBook Pro from 0-50% in 39 mins with one USB-C port in use.
- When both USB-C ports are in use, fast charge an iPad from 0-50% in 39 mins and an iPhone 13 Pro Max from 0-50% in 21 mins.
The charger comes with a 2m / 6.6ft power cord so I could plug it into a wall outlet and place the compact charger itself on the desktop.
