Hotdogs Inc doles out high-quality sausages paired with freshly made buns.

Since its inception last year, mainstays such as Wagyu Beef Roll; Soft Shell Crab; and Pork Cheese Sausage have won the hearts of gourmands.

My Favourite

I tried out the new menu dishes at Hotdogs Inc and was delighted with the variety of hotdogs on offer.

My favourite was the Kurobuta Pork Roll which is made from the juicy, tender and high-end meat culled from Berkshire pigs, which boasts delectable marbling.

You can have it with either Asian, German or Japanese topping – I was partial to the German one.

The Kurobuta went down well with the Great White Beer by the New Zealand-based Mac’s Brewery.

New additions to the A La Carte menu include (clockwise from bottom rightt) Truffle Fries (S$5.80), Kurobuta Pork Roll (S$8.80), Man’s Jumbo Special (S$14.80), and Lady’s Secret Delight (S$9.80).

The restaurant also serves up delectable side dishes such as Cheeky Spicy Wings and Premium Squid Balls.

In addition to its A La Carte menu, Hotdogs Inc has begun serving beer and has introduced a new Beer Garden menu.

It has also beefed up its existing A La Carte menu.

The new Beer Garden menu with (clockwise from bottom right) Pork Salami Stick (S$2.50), Traditional German Veal Curry Sausage (S$8.50/2pieces) and Slow Roasted Pork Knuckle (S$12); accompanied by a choice of beers.

I attend classes at Kaplan at PoMo and have walked past this place a couple of times, tho’ haven’t tried yet. Didn’t know it served beer – thot it’s just fast food hot dogs. I’ll bring the gang to try it out after class mid-week. Would be nice to have some beer and hotdogs. 😉

It’s a good place to gather if you’ve a group of friends looking for a place to chill and drink beer. It only began to serve beer recently so that may be why you didn’t notice. Let me know how you like the place.
